Building permit Sokigo Nova

Building Permit Sokigo Nova is a REST app that enables the case management system Nova from Sokigo to automatically push out the public notices related to building permits that are required by law to be presented on municipal notice boards. The submitted data can then be used to be displayed on the municipality's notice board in Sitevision.

The REST app generates a page/article for each notice whose associated metadata is set to the values of the incoming object. The page template you have created that is used in the REST app is free to display the content from the metadata in the best way possible or be used as source data for listings, etc.

It is also possible to choose that the page/article is automatically unpublished based on incoming date for unpublishing. This is realized by giving the page/article a time-controlled unpublishing.

Bundled with this REST app, it is possible to use a ready-made notice board module free of charge called "Building Permit Notice Board" that presents a list of all notices with the ability to free text search and filter. A module that is configurable with which fields you want to display.

Settings:

• Metadata in Sitevision that is linked to incoming fields from Sokigo Nova
• Page template used for created information objects (page or article)
• Location where information objects are created (in archive/folder or under a page)
• Whether the article should automatically be published and/or unpublished based on incoming date for
  unpublishing
