Assistant

With Assistent, you can create AI assistants based on a knowledge base. Thanks to the Knowledge Bases feature (found under website settings), you can gather multiple sources, such as intranet pages, staff handbooks or important processes, and use them as the basis for a digital colleague who is always there to help.

You can have several assistants, each with their own area of expertise. One can guide employees to the right guidelines and work routines, while another helps visitors quickly find the service or information they are looking for.

The Assistant responds directly in a chat-like view, where you can also refine the question or ask for more explanations. This provides a more efficient experience and less strain on the organisation.
