About the widget
The Feedback module makes it easy for visitors to react to page content and, if they choose, leave additional comments. But collecting feedback is only the first step.
The Feedback – Insights widget makes that feedback easy to manage. It gathers incoming responses from Tyck till and displays them directly in the Sitevision Dashboard, making them visible and accessible to the right people.
Page owners get a clear overview of feedback connected to their pages and can mark items as handled. This creates a structured workflow, increases transparency and makes follow-up more efficient.
